ISLANDS Pop Up Dinner:
Want a night of fun, animals, drinking out of a coconut, and enjoying colorful festive entertainment? Then this is the dinner for you!
The ISLANDS Dinner Experience:
As guests arrive they will enter into a festive islands carnival parade. Check in at our tropical receptionist area and head straight on over to the tiki bar. Enjoy the open bar with tropical flavors, as well as drinking from fruits and frozen slushy favorites. While our Chefs prepare dinner enjoy tasting some islands inspired passed appetizers and checking out some of the islands animals with your friends. From the tigers, monkeys, penguins, reptiles, birds, and a tons more, there will be all kinds of animals available for guests to view.
After cocktail hour has concluded, guests will move into their very own tropical table to enjoy their main dining experience. Under the large palm trees you will be able to see all the amazing performances during this event. Enjoy the sounds of the live Congo drums right beside you and the fun carnival performers moving around the space. Tropical but modern details will be accommodating your private table. After attendees have been seated, Chefs will begin bringing out each of the 5 courses that tie into the Caribbean feel, and in between courses guests can enjoy animals and exhibit highlights.
To conclude the night, attendees can dance to the sounds of the Congo drums, star gaze, and take pictures with the Caribbean talent.

Add-Ons to the Experience:
Transportation: Michaelis Events does offer the option for either a limo or private executive car for guests pick-up and drop-off. Guests have the option to be picked up either from their home or office and taken to the event and transported back either to their home or work after the event is over. If you would like to learn more about this option please call our office at 502-243-0000 and speak with Kalye "Callie".
Phone Charging Rentals: We understand guests may be coming directly from a long day to these experiences. So don't worry we have you covered. Michaelis Events offers wireless universal phone charging units for rent at each event upon arrival. Guests can either charge them at the check-in station or leave at their table. Cash or card is needed onsite to rent these and is an additional $15 charge.

About the Experience
Step into the story and dine in the
immersive worlds and destination spots, created by Michaelis Events! Featured
at iconic concert spaces and venue halls, located around Louisville KY. As
guests walk into each Pop Up Chefs Dinner story they will be greeted at the
door with performances and unique designed installations that make them feel as
though they are entering into a fantasy realm.
Each stage holds surprises as the story
unfolds. After arriving guests will be led further into the story starting in
the cocktail space with styled passed appetizers, a themed bar and lounge, as
well as interactive activations custom to each story.
After cocktail hour, attendees will
progress even further by entering into the main dining experience. Here, the
space completely transforms into the main plot of the story. Guests will feel
as if they have entered the world itself and are dining in the middle of a set
of movie. Michaelis Events Chefs as well as Louisville's well known Guest Chefs
will present 5 different courses throughout the rest of the evening. Each
course complementing the next. Performances as well as surprise elements are
featured in between each course.
To conclude the story, guests of each
dinner get to take home a luxury story bag featuring elements of the night as
well as new information of events to come.
US IN 2020, AS WE STEP OUT OF REALITY AND INTO FANTASY FOR A ONCE A MONTH
for each dinner are limited to 60 people per night. Dinners are not replicated
and are truly a one time experience!
