Part of Let Us Learn's focus is the help underserved children to make healthy food choices by growing vegetables in a hydroponic or traditional garden from seed to harvest, then experiencing them through preparation and tastings. We teach life skills with hands-on activities, books, recipes and visual aids. Let Us Learn's mission is to develop a community where chefs, artisans and mentors share their skills with at-risk youth and inspire others to do the same.
