One part artist, one part author, and one part tv personality, Chef Loreal Gavin is a fourth generation farmer who grew up in Indiana, trained in kitchens all over the United States, and has spent over a decade honing her love of cooking by writing ‘The Butcherbabe Cookbook’, producing / hosting her digital series called “The Downtown Farmer’ with CMT and creating one of a dining experiences for her clients from the east to the west coast. Using LOVE as her favorite ingredient, Chef Loreal reinvents soul-food dishes by playfully introducing international ﬂavors and local ingredients.
Travel, new experience's, and a love for new food & drink, Jesse Hawkins is the founder of The Mocktail Project. The Mocktail Project is a grassroots movement that specializes in drink recipe & events that can be enjoyed by everyone. Founded on 4.16.17 coinciding with three years of active sobriety, Hawkins says The Mocktail Project isn't about telling people not to drink, it is about providing great non-alcoholic options for when people choose not to drink. Our goal is to help create a safer, more inclusive drinking culture.
