VENDOR INFO, TERMS and CONDITIONS
Vendors must set up during designated set up time---Which is April 14th from 9:00-12:30. All vendors MUST be set up by 12:30. If your booth is not setup 30 minutes prior to the start of the event, you forfeit your right to receive the bride contact list and may jeopardize participation in any further Bliss Wedding Shows.
Please note-We cannot access the building the day before because there is a wedding in the building the day before. Set up has to be prior to the show on April 14th.
You may pull your vehicles to the back doors to unload. However please be mindful of others who wish to do the same by unloading and quickly removing your vehicle. Vendors ARE NOT allowed to park in the back of the building.
Vendors are responsible for their own backdrops or displays. Booth space is limited and is awarded on a first come first serve basis.
Booth placement: Bliss Wedding Show maintains sole discretion, and reserve the right to assign and/or reassign and/or change the location of all spaces or booths at any time.
Each vendor will be provided a table, black linen, two chairs inside a 7x7 area. This particular venue only has 60" rounds - you may however bring in your own table if you do not want a 60" round.
We produce boutique-type shows. As such, no pipes, drapes, hooks or attachments are provided.
Removal and Clean up
All vendors are responsible for clean up and removal of items in their vendor space directly following the show. Anything left behind will be discarded or property of Bliss Wedding Show. If your space is not the way you found it, you will be charged a clean-up fee of $100. Any damage to property is the vendor responsibility at the value of the assessed damage.
ATTENTION CATERERS -All food must be precooked and ready to serve- there are no ovens available on site.
