Freedom Run Farm presents a celebration of the culinary heritage of lamb in the Commonwealth.
Join Chef Mike Wadja, of Proof on Main, as he hosts a cook off competition between chefs from Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Indianapolis and Cincinnati for the best lamb BBQ. In addition, Chef Ouita Michel, owner and executive chef of Holly Hill In and the Ouita Michel Family of Restaurants, will present a demo on cooking lamb fries; a lamb butchery demonstration and live Bluegrass music.
